Location. The Worldquest Resort is located off International Drive in the Lake Buena Vista area of Orlando, Fla. Walt Disney World and Disney's Wide World of Sports are one mile from the resort. Epcot is three miles away, and SeaWorld is six miles from the resort. Golf is available four miles away at the Falcon's Fire Golf Course.
Features. This Mediterranean inspired resort combines Old World architecture with modern finishes and conveniences. Complimentary continental breakfasts and sunset socials with refreshments and light snacks are provided daily. Hot tea, cold beverages and sweets are served for one hour in the evenings. An on site business center offers 10,000 square feet of conference space and wireless Internet access for a fee. A freeform outdoor pool and 5,000 square foot children's area are complemented by an expansive sundeck and a Tiki bar. The resort's clubhouse contains a coffee shop, fitness facility and a 24 hour market selling groceries, toiletries and other miscellaneous items. Concierge assistance for theme park tickets, dinner reservations and area attractions is provided.
Guestrooms. Worldquest Resort offers two and three bedroom suites with high ceilings and custom made furniture. Full kitchens include premium appliances and granite countertops, and living rooms offer impressive entertainment centers. All accommodations feature private, screened in balconies or patios. Opulent bathrooms include jetted tubs, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries. Cable television is included, and wireless Internet access is available in the guestrooms for a fee. All units contain washers and dryers.
Expert Tip. Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex, located one mile from the resort, is a 220 acre facility hosting over 170 amateur and professional events each year. The complex's All Star Caf� features sports themed arcade games, a dining room lined with baseball mitt shaped booths and big screen televisions running sports highlights and live games.
